Onsite Service Call for Business
If your computer, printer or other equipment has a hardware problem, you need help with your network or you prefer that a technician comes to your business. Please contact us to set up an onsite service call. We currently offer onsite service in the St. Louis and surrounding areas only.
Onsite services include but are not limited to:
- New computer, laptop and printer setup
- Transferring data to new system
- Computer upgrades (Add hard drive, memory, etc.)
- Data Recovery
- Printer repair
- Network installation and configuration (Wired and wireless)
- Server configuration and repair
- Virus and spyware removal
- Configure backup solution
- Firewall's and network security
- Training (General pc, servers, networks, or software)
Our onsite service hours are Monday thru Saturday 7AM - 7 PM. We also provide pickup and delivery of equipment.
There is a $59.00 Travel / Diagnostic fee plus a 1.5 hour minimum labor charge on all onsite calls.
Labor Rates are $85.00 per hour (ask about how you can get a discount).
Example: We come to your office, repair your computer and we are there for 2 hours. Your charge will be 2 x $85.00 (hourly labor) + $59 travel / diagnostic fee for a total of $229.
We also offer bench side repair with pick up and delivery. You will be charged the $59 travel / diagnostic fee plus any shop labor involved. This option can often be significantly cheaper. Say we need to reload your system after a hard drive crash - loading the operating system, software and performing the needed updates from the internet. Doing this onsite you will be charged for all the time we are there. With bench side repair we are often doing multiple repairs at the same time, allowing the software to install well we do something else. We pass this time saver on to you and therefore your bill may be a few hours of labor cheaper.

If you have a working broadband (not dialup) internet connection we can connect to your computer through our remote support software. Once connected we can often diagnose and correct your computer problems or assist you with software issues, if it is a hardware issue we will guide you through the next steps required to repair your device. So no matter if you are on the road, in your office or at home as long as you have an internet connection we can help.
